Learn About Options for Deploying VisualSP in a Webinar to be Held on September 4, 2014

Over the last few months, SharePoint-Videos has released 3 new versions of its award-winning help system for SharePoint 2010, 2013 and SharePoint Online, VisualSP. On September 4, 2014, Asif Rehmani, SharePoint MVP, MCT, and founder and CEO of SharePoint-Videos will provide anyone interested in VisualSP with the information they require to select the best solution for their needs. If you are interested in learning more about this Thursday’s webinar, please visit Context sensitive SharePoint Help and Training for End Users on GoToMeeting.com. You can even register to attend this webinar via the link just provided.

The 3 new versions of VisualSP include:

  1. VisualSP-Lite — a free version available to any organization using SharePoint 2010, 2013, or SharePoint Online, Office 365
  2. VisualSP Express — a version of VisualSP delivering all of the capabilities of the system, but on a site collection, by site collection, only, basis. VisualSP Express does not include inheritance
  3. VisualSP Enterprise — this version includes all of the features of VisualSP Express, plus inheritance (which is also available via our VisualSP Standard product), and, of most importance, Analytics

Asif Rehmani will explore all of the details about each of the above versions, and VisualSP Standard. Anyone researching a solution like ours as a method of hastening SharePoint adoption, should be aware of all of these details before deciding on a “right choice” for the specific needs of their organization.

Attendees will also learn how the unique capabilities of each of the versions of our Help System for SharePoint depend upon the in-context access method at their core.

We think the unique requirements of SharePoint end users for training content are best met with an in-context access method, if they are to really benefit from the technical training content exposed to them. It is very important SharePoint stakeholders not lose site of the fact end users have other jobs, more closely tied to essential processes of the business, or organization for which they are employed, and have little, if any time to grapple with abstract presentations located somewhere down a long page of search engine results.

VisualSP is built to expose training content to SharePoint users from the SharePoint 2010, 2013, or SharePoint Online ribbon included in their user interface. Opting to implement VisualSP is expressing a vote of confidence for in-context access as the most efficient, and valuable approach to training end users. Asif’s presentation will certainly show attendees why this approach is the most promising we know of today.
